Nihongo update 1.2

This update adds the characters "dzu" and "dji" to the characters that will spawn while playing, as well as to both charts. In addition, I have rearranged the charts so that they adhere to standard/common chart presentation standards (i.e. they're presented the same as most every other chart I've encountered). Also added an "Exceptions" section to each chart to single out characters with romaji that don't adhere to the "consonant-vowel" standard of most of the others. Lastly, I updated the title by fixing the "Ni" kanji.
